Clinical Oversight & Licensed Leadership
Quality care is derived from quality leadership. The corporate team comprises clinical directors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are responsible for the treatment models in our centers.
There is zero tolerance for anything other than evidence based practice. Definite parameters are set at the corporate office in regards to training and safety to control the risk and to ensure data is collected at the end of every treatment. Data is reviewed in a continuum to ensure each child is progressing toward and eventually achieving their individual objectives.
Our clinical model is designed to meet state healthcare regulations and national professional standards, including BACB ethical guidelines and state licensure requirements. By managing compliance at the corporate level, we guarantee that our center-based ABA therapy services remain safe, effective, and consistent.
Standardizing Services Across Our Network
Our corporate structure allows us to offer a wide range of essential services with the same level of quality at every location. We unify the following departments:
- ABA Therapy: All our clinical services branch from this approach. We provide oversight to ensure each child is given every opportunity to learn, as well as the best support.
- Autism Testing/Diagnostics: Centralized evaluation scheduling allows for rapid response to the needs of every family. Centralized intake means our central team is in charge of the intake and scheduling of each family’s evaluations.
- Speech Therapy: For locations offering multidisciplinary care, we coordinate treatment plans to ensure speech and behavioral goals work together.
This centralization removes the burden from local clinic staff. It allows your local team to focus entirely on your child while we handle the logistics, insurance authorizations, and operational standards.
